Welcome to The Aweness Meltdown Club—a monthly no-fluff, full-heart gathering of souls who are done pretending everything’s fine when it’s not, or worse, numbing out in a sea of surface-level chat.
Co-hosted by The Ice-Cream Cookie & Co., BOTANY and the RITUAL, this is not your typical Thursday night hangout. It’s part group therapy (without the therapist), part ice-cream tasting (without the guilt), and wholly human.
We invite you to melt down with us in the best possible way; releasing tension, acknowledging important emotions and relieving stress. Because sometimes, a little meltdown is how we make room for magic.
Each session, we gather 11 guests to answer beautifully uncomfortable questions. No pressure to overshare—just an invitation to show up real, unfiltered, and fully you.

Each location serves a flow of canapés plus one drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Vegetarian options are available—just let us know your preferences when booking.

Think of it as part open-hearted conversation, part soulful storytelling, part community healing. There’ll be prompts, gentle facilitation, and a whole lot of permission to just be real. You don’t have to say anything you don’t want to. But if you feel moved to share, we’re all ears (and hearts).

We’re a small team, seats are limited and the restaurants need to be booked in advance, so refunds aren’t available. But you can transfer your spot to a friend.
